Dan brings 30 years of clinical research experience across hospitals, site management organizations, and CROs. As CEO, he leads Sequoia’s strategic direction and continued growth, bringing together established research organizations, experienced investigators, and operational expertise to deliver greater value for sponsors, CROs, and participants.
Vanessa brings more than 25 years of clinical research experience spanning operations, process development, recruitment, compliance, project management, and sponsor and CRO collaboration. As COO, she leads operational strategy across the Sequoia network, supporting consistent processes, efficient study execution, quality, and continued growth.
Dr. Kreamer is a board-certified emergency medicine physician with extensive clinical leadership and research experience. As Chief Medical Officer, he provides medical leadership and oversight across the Sequoia network, supporting investigators and research teams in the delivery of high-quality clinical trials with participant safety and care at the forefront.
Jon brings more than 15 years of business development and operational experience in clinical research, including experience with Prolerity Clinical Research, EmVenio Research, Syneos Health, and IQVIA. His background spans strategic partnerships, feasibility, site networks, patient recruitment, technology, and decentralized research. As Vice President of Business Development, he leads Sequoia’s business development team in developing strategic solutions for sponsors and CROs.
Kyle brings experience across public accounting, corporate finance, and commercial strategy. As Vice President of Finance, he provides financial and strategic leadership for Sequoia, supporting the planning, infrastructure, and investment needed to responsibly scale the network and support long-term growth.
Kaitlyn brings broad clinical research experience spanning operations, regulatory affairs, training, study management, pharmacy, and quality assurance. As Senior Manager of Quality Assurance, she leads Sequoia’s quality efforts, supporting regulatory compliance, operational consistency, and continuous improvement across the network.
